My wife Cherry Ng and I created the Your Noble Conscience (YNC Academy), because we are passionate about teaching people how they can achieve success and make better decisions for their lives.
The YNC Academy was created out of our vision and dream of helping people. Every day we work towards helping more people and our end goal is to reach 1 million people or even more if possible.
We travel the world, visiting poor countries and we empower the people in communities that are lacking. So far, we’ve had projects in Cambodia and Philippines and the desire to still burns strongly within us.
We want to change the world and we understand that we can only do that by going out of the comfort of our homes to engage on a daily basis with people who are in need. You are powerful, you can make a change. We are here to show you how you can start living your dream.
I envisioned and guided people to see the possibility in the business world by sharing my experiences around the globe. I am the owner of 4 companies in 4 different industries: Travel, e-Commerce, Education and Real Estate Investment with staff in Hong Kong, United States, United Kingdom, Cambodia, Philippines and Indonesia among other prominent places. This provides him a wide set of perspectives in the business world.
We started YNC (Your Noble Conscience) owing to our belief that one has to follow conscience to make decisions and make the RIGHT choice. Not for the sake of money, fame and power but for love and gratitude to the universe. We started the YNC Entrepreneurs Club to guide people how to efficiently manage their businesses, with the purpose of creating value, doing good practice and help as many people as he can through amazing products and services. We constantly invests our efforts into achieving our aim to uplift 1 million people through teaching business and spiritual study.
During struggling days, my fiancé Cherry Ng and I faced a lot of difficulties and roadblocks into finding reliable and helpful sources that can guide them into building up a successful business. As there were no courses teaching how to set up a proper business, how to do accounting and negotiate with businesses, we started to search around and learn from different successful entrepreneurs. We carried a notebook and jotted down everything we had learnt for 7 years with over 200K USD invested in mentorship.
After learning from different successful people, we noticed a common trait in them all: a pure mission to help humanity. Accumulating, sorting and furbishing all our learnings that we earned a hard way throughout the journey, we thought of gifting it to aspiring entrepreneurs who seek guidance for result-oriented efforts. For this, we contributes our service as e-Commerce Coach, Business Coach, Meditation/Spiritual Coach and Motivational Speaker.
Our teachings, actions and approach rightly reflect his belief that the only purpose that we are alive is to contribute back to society! We believe that companies that are making big money are the ones creating an equal amount of value to the community. We have a dream to uplift 1 million people and we want a group of entrepreneurs to contribute in this effort and make this happen together!

Determined to succeed, Yik invested significantly in mentorship, learning from successful entrepreneurs and meticulously documenting his insights over seven years.
By the age of 27, Yik had established multiple global businesses in diverse industries, including travel, e-commerce, education, and real estate, with teams spanning Hong Kong, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other nations. His expertise in e-commerce is particularly notable, having generated millions in sales and earning him recognition as a "7-figure ecommerce expert."
